I had acne from the age of 13 and I had tried everything - every lotion and potion ftom the chemist and online - everything! By the time I came to the Laser and Light Clinc, to be honest, I was desperate and would have probably paid anything in the hope of some improvement. Dr B was brilliant - I call her 'the magician' becasue she did what no one else could, not even my own GP. The Nlite acne treatment and the products took about 3 months to do the job and it has changed my life. I have gone from being a shy teenager scared about going to university and unable to look anyone in the eye, to a confident, outgoing graduate who loves life. I have always had nice lips but as I got older, they got thinner. I wanted them to look fuller but couldn't face the thought of having big lips or anyone knowing that I had had them enhanced. When the doctor told me she had had her lips done, I was amazed, because they looked so normal. It gave me the confidence to try it myself. She numbed me with a dental block so it did not hurt at all and, I am pleased to say, my lips still look like they belong me, just with more defination and less bleed lines - a bit like they did when I was younger! My dentist started doing Botox at his practice and offered to treat me at a reduced price to win my business becasue I told him I had had Botox. I have to say that I was not tempted to switch even for a second. Dr B is so experienced, the rich and famous travel to be treated by her, and she knows my face so well, I'd be mad to change. Paul B
